We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with our products and service. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the merchandise you receive, you are entitled to a full replacement or refund.
RECEIVED SOMETHING FAULTY OR RECEIVED THE INCORRECT ITEM?
If something is faulty or we sent you the wrong item/s (first of all, sorry, this is our mistake) we will happily make things right, which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
Shipping costs can’t be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that you aren't returning. That’s fair, right?
We will collect the damaged/ incorrect item/s at our own cost and if a replacement is required we will send this free of charge, along with our sincere apologies.
Please make sure that you notify us within 7 days if the item is incorrect or damaged on arrival and 14 days if it is faulty.
We are a small, family run shop, and we hold these values dear. This means that we will always do our best to help out our customers wherever possible.
CHANGED YOUR MIND?
If you change your mind about the product/s you have purchased from us (it happens, you’re human), we will refund the purchase price or exchange the product/s subject to the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase
- Item(s) must be unused, in original packaging and in the condition that you received them.
- You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item/s to us
- Gift cards, dvds, books and sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange if you change your mind.
- If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so make sure you post it back to us in good time.
